General information

If you have received a product with a shelf life of less than one month before the expiration date of the product or with an expired shelf life at the time of receipt of the parcel. Your money will be refunded within 5 days.

If you received a parcel with a damaged product, after a written request to us (attaching a photo of the parcel), we will resend this product to you.

ATTENTION!
All the claims for goods and delivery must be sent by the buyer to the official e-mail address of the online store complain@myindia.ru within 60 days after shipping the parcel from our end.

In the unlikely event if the parcel was returned to the sender through no fault of the company (the wrong address is indicated, the storage period for the parcel has expired, customs limits are not met, etc.), MYINDIA.RU:

  • will return the order value to the buyer deducting all costs and additional costs of returning the parcel to the sender;
  • will resend the parcel with an additional payment of the costs of receiving the return and the costs of resending the parcel.

The amount of the surcharge is determined on an individual basis after a written request to the official mail info@myindia.ru

If the parcel could not be tracked, the buyer needs to inform MYINDIA.RU as soon as possible. Refunds for lost parcels will be credited only if the status of the parcel remained unchanged and an official response from the mail was not received even 60 days after MYINDIA.RU addressed the mail. In such an unlikely event a full refund will be initiated.

A refund for a parcel that is in transit is possible only after it has been delivered to its destination (post office) and a refusal to receive it has been written.
After the package is delivered back to the Sender in India, a refund will be issued for the order.

Refunds will be made after deducting costs of receiving the returned parcel (the amount of costs must be specified in a written message sent to info@myindia.ru)
Refunds on orders are made only after an official email to info@myindia.ru. Refund requests may take 1-3 days to process. After processing the request, funds are automatically credited to the source of payment within 1-3 business days.

Your parcel can be returned if the total weight of your parcels from abroad has exceeded the limit of 30 kg per month. The penalty for returning the parcel is set by customs and paid by the buyer.
